The Sales Group is led by Donna Gliha, an acknowledged leader in the development of sales organizations as well as an accomplished sales professional. A few years ago, Donna realized that small to medium organizations would grow more quickly if they had access to a Senior Sales Leader to help them map out a plan. Together with access to data and analysis that, were they doing it on their own, would prove prohibitively expensive, clients of The Sales Group can now actualize their growth goals without devoting additional energies to sales thanks to the disciplined approach Donna instills in their sales teams.
Leaving behind a rewarding career as an accountant, Donna Gliha has spent the past two decades helping other organizations grow, either by helping find the right sales professionals, or through direct business development efforts. Over the years, she has owned or been a partner in a series of successful companies.
