Melissa is the Director of Client Success at The Sales Group and a Senior Account Manager, she oversees and organizes all aspects of her client's sales program while providing tactical strategies and solutions throughout the deployment. She works to identify each client's target audience through research and data insights. She enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them find successful strategies. Melissa is a franchisee of the highly regarded Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Ottawa, where she lives. During her time here she has led the studio to be one of North America’s top-grossing sales franchised dance studios for over 15+ years. When Melissa isn’t working you can find her actively working towards her full marathon goal.
