Heather is an Associate Director of Client Success with The Sales Group, she oversees and organizes all aspects of her client's sales program while providing tactical strategies and solutions throughout the deployment. Heather supports clients in the Software, Human Resources, Vendor Management systems (VMS), and Non-for-profit industries. Heather enjoys building relationships with her clients as well as the rewarding feeling of seeing engaged leads and responses come in from outreach campaigns. Heather is based in Stouffville, Ontario. Heather has over 18 years of experience in the Sales and Hospitality Services industries. She is extremely passionate about giving back to her community and involved in many community initiatives and her furry sidekick, Marley is a certified St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog.
